Anniversary Event Changes

• The Anniversary event quest rewards have been updated to include a Crystal Ball of Karo (Character Bound)!

• Mark of Discovery drop rate has been increased. Specifically, the change is to boost the chance based on monster level. This still results in higher level monsters having a better chance but it now scales more with each monster level. 

• Event Shop prices have been reduced. The new prices are as follows:

  • 100 for Crystal Ball of Karo

  • 40 for Lucky Clover

  • 50 for Regal Health, Mana, and Weight Potions

  • 50 for Achilles Shield

Other Changes

• Added the /gcouncils command - anyone from the guild can use it.

• Account Warehouse is viewable without premium, but you can't interact with anything

• Added a secondary dialog when adding an item to an offline vendor

• Self casting AOE's no longer avoid knockback

• Can no longer loot while dead

• Kharon territory war boss now spawns appropriately
